In most sectors, the distribution of agricultural production among départements has changed little in thirty years.
In most sectors, the distribution of agricultural production among départements has changed little in thirty years. Even if the production of hogs, poultry and butchery calves has become concentrated in Bretagne and Pays de Loire, this nevertheless constitutes an exception. Concentration has even had a tendancy to decrease for cereals and oilseeds. Generally, it is those productions that are the least aided by the CAP which have moved.
